No one can see the tree unless they have been invited to do so....but marriages and children can be looked up and sometimes worked out

How have you got to see their tree, I can't see it. Can you see if Barbara is married or has children.

I could not see Robert and Barbara, just Pamela. Though there could be a daughter of Robert as possibly Pamela and another (who has the surname Cross) have Florence Brough, 1920, in their tree.

Well I've found all 3 on here, Robert, Barbara and Pamela, so I've contacted them all, it's a case of being patient now and waiting. Fingers crossed. <3

To access Pamela's tree you have to ask her if you can see it, and give her the reasons why you wish to do so.
It is up to you how you phrase your request, and how economical with the truth you are.

If you go to Search/Search all members trees, top right, and enter Pamela Cross, 1959, you will find one born in Stockport.
If you click on Find Out More, you can send her a message.
Alter the subject line title, and alter the automatic message, as lots of people will not respond to the automatic message.

You then have to wait and hope that she retains the same email address that she used when she joined genes, and so will be notified of your message.

Wow, i'm new to all this, although i have been searching for a long time.
Yes Robert and Pamela are Barbara's brother and sister. Barbara was my birth mother. and i, so far have her birth certificate.
I found the death certificate for Fred but not Florence (i'm not sure if that is the correct spelling of her name)
1920 would be about the time she was born.
Can you tell me how I access Pamelas family tree then.
I also do know that Florences maiden name was Brough, so that all adds up.
thank you so much for helping.
I look forward to any more information. :-D

If Florence was born in Garstang in 1920, then she is in Pamela's tree on here.

Welcome to the boards, Louise.

Where have you looked for information about her?

Have you found the deaths of Fred and Florance (is it Florance or Florence?) as the name of the informant could be useful - or could they still be alive?

Thank-you

Added:
Her birth, and possibly that of her brother:
Births Mar 1949
CROSS Robert BROUGH Bucklow
Births Mar 1953
CROSS Barbara BROUGH Stockport
and sister:
Births Jun 1959
Cross Pamela Brough Stockport

Have you looked to see if they are in anyone's tree on here - possibly Pamela?

I am trying to trace a Barbara Cross, born 1953. Stockport area, parents were Fred and Florance, she also had an older brother and younger sister. :-)
