finding my older half sister

Can anyone help me please...

The details I have are very little I understand

Her name is Stacey or was at birth

Mothers name Debra Patterson (believed to be her married name)

Stacey was adopted by her mothers husband around 1985

She was born in Mold, Flintshire but I am not sure what year

Thank you for reading, any help would be gratefully received x

As a starting point, and to double-check how reliable it is, can I ask where you got the information from please?

There is only one Stacey born Delyn Clwyd (this is the reg. district for Mold 1974-1996) but the surnames do not tally with what you have.

Have you looked for the marriage of her mum .you would then know what her new surname would be.

Or are you saying Patterson WAS her new name?
