	Assuming he is still a member send a private message via GR, say who you are, say where the link is, and that you would be pleased to be in touch. Or, write a letter to that effect and post it :-) ( enclose an SAE) Don't phone or just appear on their doorstep, it's too 'pushy', and they may be in the middle of something. :-D

Member Since: July 2005 Posts: 5 Send Message	Guys and Girls out there . . . I have found a 2nd cousin living locally to me (via Genes reunited) but I'm not sure the best method to contact him. His grandfather and my grandfather were brothers, but I have had no contact what so ever with that branch of the family, even though they only live a couple of miles from me. If anybody out there has done something similar, what is the best way you think is it is to contact him. Many thanks for your wise words on this matter.
