Pachem, she is my sister but I was given up for adoption when she was 2 years old. I have looked on 192 and none of the ones I can find there are her. That's why I tried asking here.

Her full name is Maureen Kathleen but I don't think she uses the Kathleen.
There are several John Millers in Wick. So far I have ruled out 2 of them. The Electoral Rolls show someone else at her old address now.

she was still in Wick in 2009 have you tried writing to the old address . they may have just opted out of the public rolls

Do you know if she has a middle initial, and could you tell us what your connection is?
(There are Maureen's and John's with and without middle letters, so some clarification is needed as it is a very common surname.)

Maureen was born in 1959.
She married Duncan McPhee in 1978.
She may have married John Miller in 2004.
Her last known address was in Wick about 5 years ago.
