Ancestry is playing up at the moment so having a few problems!
I can see his 2nd marriage. There are no obvious children from this in Surrey, however do bear in mind that if his wife had been married before her maiden name will be different.
The only birth with the correct surnames is in Birmingham.
The only way to be 100% sure of her maiden name would be to get the marriage cert to your father. If it is different to the name she married him with, this can then be used to look for births.
I shall PM you what I have found.

OK.
If you are looking for a Stevens/Jackson birth in Surrey, I can only see yours. There are 2 other births within the timescale, searching surrey & surrounding areas, but those were in Greenwich. It's impossible to say if related to you without the birth certs, and you can't get these without knowing the DOB.
Have you tried looking for your parents at all?

Was your father married to your mother? I can see 2 possible marriages for someone of this name in Surrey.
If you believe this to be him, it is possible to see if there any births from these marriages, though just be aware that the names aren't uncommon, so no guarantees they are from the same parents.
