Hi i am looking for a geoffrey rayner born abt 1940 in leeds yorkshire, He was in the army in germany 1965 he married a german girl kathe they had a son peter.
geoffrey divorced and later married someone else, his son peter saw him the odd occasion but lost contact about 20 years ago

I was going to suggest looking for his brother Eric - but he is in your tree, so presumably Eric is not in contact with him?

no contact with his brother his second wife died in 1987 and he has no middle names i have all his family on my tree just dont know what has happend to him x

Did he marry his second wife and then stay in that area before she died - if so, where?

Have you looked for a third marriage, and also his possible death using his date of birth?

Not seeing a death for a female Rayner in 1987 that could possibly be his wife so is he still in Germany? You don't give any mention of a location.

he would be 73 he is not in germany ,there is the death of his wife in bmd and yes i sent messages to the geoffrey rayner on this site they are not opened

she didnt have any children to geoffrey she was married before her maiden name was harding

Have you looked for a further marriage? He'd only have been 46/7 when he was widowed

Iris originally married in Bradford in 1948.

There is a Wright/Harding birth in Leeds in 1949, who could be a daughter of Iris.

yes christine not been in contact with any of iris family plus her mother died 26 years ago geoffrey didnt marry again but we hurd he was living with somebody

When did you hear that he was living with somebody, and was that still in Leeds?
