My wife's cousin Joan M Cornes nee Petts and her husband Alfred Cornes were the adoptive parents of Michael, his birth surname is not known. His stepbrother Andrew S Cornes was born in 1963 in Wolverhampton area. He is believed to have been born in the mid 1940's.

Any info would be appreciated.
