Welcome to the boards, Elaine.

Could you give us some dates and places, please?

Also, have you looked to see if they are in anyone's tree on here?

Thank-you

There are many marriages of David Morris to a Miss Davies.

You have not said if the marriage was actually in Bury, or they moved there at some later date.

Could you please give an approximate age for them, or name for Miss Davies, or some other means of identification?

In addition, how are you related to them?

Thanks

If you have found them in the phone book you will also have addresses for them?

It might be better to write a letter explaining what you are trying to find out or just to see if they are who you are looking for, and enclosing a stamp-addressed envelope or an email address.
