i am looking for my dad Jack Rankin from Rhodesia - now Zimbabwe
also a sibling (brother) most probably born in 1968 or 1969 would have been given up for adoption

please help - i was born Edith Veronica Rankin

Hello Edith, welcome to the boards.

I can't help you personally, but just to check - were you born in Zimbabwe? Were your parents married, if so was it over there?

It might help if you say where you got the info from, just as a starting point. This might seem irrelevant to you, but every bit of info does help people when advising you.

I was born in Rhodesia - chiredzi & my mom was not married to Jack Rankin (my real Dad) but married a Mr Welgemoed whom adopted me.
