Reggie. Name is exactly right, DOB is right. I never Knew of his death as I had moved away. But it just sounds right. Cecil and Martha were Tony's parents. Vera and John Halstein were my parents. Vera and Cecil were brother and sister.

Although it's some time ago that Cecil died his death cert may be a help .maybe tony was the informant and it will give his address at that time

There is no birth for Coates/Lloyd for any name which could remotely be interpreted as 'Tony'......and no birth for Coates/Lloyd anywhere near the district in which they married.
