Find Living Relatives

I am trying to look for my second cousins. Their names are Dennis (born c. 1945), Shirley (born c. 1947), Linda (goes by "Lindy and was born in 1949), and David (born in the late 50s). The first three were born in Toronto, ON, Canada, and David was the only one who was born in London, England, but ALL of them moved to England and I don't think they ever returned to Canada. Their father's name was John "Jack" Sewell and he was born in Canada in 1921. My mom says the last time she ever saw her cousins was when she saw Dennis in the late 60s in Buffalo, New York, but he was just visiting with a friend. I've tried to find them in the past but no luck. Help?
