Was born in the Southend on sea/ Rochford
Area.

What was his birth year?

Are you related to the man?

Have you had other requests about this, which you have deleted?

Have you done anything about trying to find him?

The phone book is always a good place to start, as is www.192.com

Hi Pam,
I know Norman was adopted in 1972.
I am his Aunt. His Mother & I have been searching for years.
I am member of various geneaology world wide sites and have been unable
to locate any record other than his actual birth record.
In addition there are no records on Social media, so I assume he has
a new name.

I registered with Norcap, paid the few sent off relevant forms etc etc .
However I just discovered they no longer exist.

Was registered with AAA-NORCAP, which has now ceased. Have just registered with the adoption contact.
