	There appears to be one son of that marriage born 1942? ( from freebmd.org.uk) who married in 1964 Liverpool. Son to that marriage David so may well be on electoral reg? http://www.freeelectoralroll.co.uk/Electoral_Roll_Search.asp There is a tree on here which has a David Spicer Liverpool ( year as per freebmd) on might be worth contacting to see if it is the right one
