Are there any relatives of the Kerr Family still living in County Fermanagh
Northern Ireland or is there anybody who know of the Kerr family from
County Fermanagh would love to hear from you

If you have recent names, try http://www.thephonebook.bt.com/publisha.content . Mind you, a search result says there are too many to list.

Try the electoral roll. Although 192.com is pay by credit, you can specify by name then ask for a lookup on here. ER to 2014 are included in some packages on FMP & GR.

Unless you know the names of living people, your best chance of making contact is to search all members trees for named deceased ancestors. Contact the tree owner by clicking 'find out more'. You might strike lucky if they still live in N Ireland.
