Hi,
There is a large book by A.L.T. Mullen titled
"the General Service Roll 1793-1816 (the Napoleonic Wars) Each regiment is listed and the names of the soldiers who served in that regiment.
I found my copy in the Western Australian public library so I assume copies are available elsewhere.

If my memory serves me well I think I recall them being in Ayr...however the Militia's apparently didnt do a lot other than "Walking" all over England/Scotland.....
