Does anyone know where the 23rd Regt of Foot was stationed in late 1807? I have a gt gt grandfather who was injured and had a leg amputated in Sept 1807 and was granted an outpatient pension,

Hi Roy
Thanks for the info. I had thought that Gt Gt Grandad could have been in Copenhagen, and was somehow injured there. He had been in both the 1st and 2nd Battalion of the 23rd Regt.
Great site that,
