I recently saw posted on Facebook an appeal to re-unite a found medal with its recipient or family and thought that it would reach a wide audience here.

It was awarded to Rifleman J Simpson 23960732 3rd Royal Green Jackets. It has a bar with the word BORNEO above the words MALAY PENINSULA.

I hope it finds its way home.
