HMS Vivid was the Base Depot Ship at Devonport and later renamed HMS Drake.

The name was used again for a submarine in WW2. If you are looking for a crew list for the submarine you might be lucky, but you stand no chance of a crew list for a training establishment. You might perhaps find details of the permanent staff, but as Potty said you would need a specific date. Anyone else would be there on a training course, varying in length from a few weeks to several months.

HMS Vivid appears to have been a Shore Training establishment - if you Google there are several references - although there does seem to have been a later vessel that saw service.
