RAF records 1944-1946

Trying to find information about where to search for records of a former member of the RAF. All I have is his Name and Number and that he joined at the end of the Second World War…….ANY help much appreciated. Sue

You cannot search for those records they are not online but still held by the MOD

All the info you require can be found on the link below including the application forms you will need to apply for the records,

They cost £30 and can take between 6 to 9 months to arrive
