Arthur Robert Dick b1667 military records help

Hello all
i am currently researching my GG grandfather Arthur Robert Dick, from Lambeth in London.
I think he served in WWI but I do not know how to go about researching his military records?
Am I able to see his medal card for example?
Any advice would be much appreciated

He got the British and Victory along with the 1914/15 Star in.1921.
He signed in 1914 as a TA.
Went to France ,was wounded in 1916,and hospitalised at Manchester and had various addresses in London.

The scant records are avaliable.

Yes this is him, his parents were Phoebe Parish and Robert Dick.
His wife was indeed Henrietta Bunch.

KAY - you say he got the British, Victory and Star
Is anyone able to illuminate what these sort of medals are awarded for?

The British and Victory was awadred to everyone and the 1914-1915 Star was because he saw action on Foreign soil.

He was in the Expeditonary Force.

23/12/14-to 26/8/15 Malta.

27/8/15 to 23/4/15 in the Med.

24/4/16 to 1/8/16 France.

He suffered a GSW,(gun shot wounds) 21/7/16.

left arm and right hand.

Actually both !
Arthur robert Dick was born in 1867 and his son - my great grandfather was ARTHUR HENRY b1888 so this is all fantastic information thank you all xx

The record details are for a

Arthur Robert Dick,,,,,,,,apparent age in 1914 was

**26yrs--10 months!!**

height --5ft 9"

He cant be yours as that one would have been abt 48 in 1914.!!

Hi all
Ok here is what I know...
ROBERT DICK b 22nd may in 1836 in Lambeth, Surrey.
He married PHOEBE PARISH 29th August 1865.

They had a son called ARTHUR ROBERT DICK b1866 or 1867 ?

Arthur married HENRIETTA BUNCH in 1885 in Newington, Surrey.
They had three children -
ARTHUR HENRY DICK b1886
Florence Catherine Dick b 1889
Maud H Dick b 1889

Sorry Chris! You are right I was looking at the wrong generation! Yes this is him - he was the elder brother of my great grandmother Florence Catherine Dicks!
I don't know anything about his war efforts so this is a new line for me to investigate THANK YOU X
