I thought it would never happen

But it did this afternoon...after 28 years of searching. I bought £5.00 of credits and within 10 minutes I found my FIRST blood relative apart from my children. I have a half cousin who I spoke to. Unbelievable!!!!
As my family originate from India (that is what I had been told and it is correct) it has been near impossible to track anyone down. Finally the (sad) story is coming together. Thanks to this website continuing to update new information ( I started here about 5 years ago) I finally have confirmation of who I was before I was adopted - I was born in 1956. It is more than likely that my mother is living abroad, and I may never find her...but at least I now know part of my heritage.
i would just ask that in the future maybe could there be links to other countries? Thank you all at GR... I thought it would never happen.. but it did.
