48 YEARS AGO MY MOTHER LAST CONTACT WITH HER COUSIN WILLIAM OWEN. A FEW WEEKS AGO I JOINED GC. I LEFT A MESSAGE SAYING I WAS SEARCHING FOR WILLIAM BUT HAD NO LUCK. HE LIVED IN LIVERPOOL BUT DATES AND ADDRESSES WEREN'T THAT CLEAR. YESTERDAY EVENING AT 9PM I RECEIVED AN EMAIL ASKING IF I KNEW HIS BROTHER AND SISTER'S NAMES. i CALLED MY MOTHER AND EMAILED THE PERSON BACK WITH THE NAMES WITHIN THREE HOURS WE HAD FOUND THE LINK AND WERE CHATTING ON THE PHONE. MY 2ND COUSIN LYNN HAD JUST JOINED THIS WEEK AND CAME ACROSS THE MESSAGE AND GOT IN TOUCH. IN THREE HOURS WE FOUND FAMILY NEITHER OF US KNEW WE HAD THANK YOU GC AND WELCOME TO THE CRAZY FAMILY LYNN AND EVERYONE ELSE IN YOUR FAMILY! LYNN AND I AND HOPEFULLY MY MUM WILL BE MEETING IN THREE WEEKS. OH AND WILLIAM IS STILL ALIVE SO MY MUM WILL BE MEETING HIM AGAIN FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 48 YEARS HOW DO YOU THANK A SITE SO GOOD AS THIS??? CAROL BLACKPOOL |
