I can but only agree about the sense of those who create or maintain the site using it and thus becoming aware of its limitations and problems that can cause its members to go prematurely bald.

A firm that I once worked for, initially as a sales clerk, made me and others in a similar position spend time in the works producing the product before we were allowed to administer its sale. That way we were educated about what could or could not be achieved.

I was pleased to see another GR Team leader on the boards, it really does make sense that if they work at GR then they should all be completely au fait with how it works.
Then I hope they will understand some of the difficulties and frustrations experienced , specially by new members.

So I challenge them to build a tree each and print it !
