Wisechild I have stopped using .co.uk and come online through co.za and have found the problems are not so great. Occasionally not able to access a board due to maintenance, but I just assumed that a board had been taken off line so that the GR team could look for errors. If this is the case a banner at the top of the site would be good advising members which board will be offline |

Hi wisechild, Sorry to hear you are having problems, and sorry if this seems like a fob off, it's not intended. Have you contacted support with regard to this problem. I am certainly not aware that access to specific boards is not possible. If you email through the Contact us page, additional details are gathered that makes their job in analysing the problem much easier. A few quick questions from me, which url are you using (is it the www.genesreunited.co.uk or another), what platform are you using (Windows, Mac or tablet/phone) and what browser? If you can list this both on this thread and to the support team it would greatly help. |
