Member Since: March 2010 Posts: 27 Send Message	Hi, For those of you also having difficulty accessing Genes various sites as ih for the last 3 weeks,try using Bing as your default carrier.I contacted the Help line twice and followed their suggestions, 1, was not successful, 2 , using Internet Express was partially successful, I couldn't access the 1901 census. As of last evening,I was able to get onto my tree and access all records,fuss free.Good luck, carol. .

	shipsmate I was able to move around the site quite well yesterday. ....Today it's a different story and I can only access very little. :-( Gwyn

I cannot access my tree or any of my hot matches neither can I delete them. I'm just an ordinary member but these so called 'essential maintainance problems' do not emcourage you to become platinum.Like others, I want to access Genes via .co.uk and not chase all over the globe to get access to something that I've paid for. Are we going to get a refund for the time we've been unable to get access. :-S :-S

	Joy Thanks for reporting this. Ignore duff date, that is [probably my mistake, but at least I know that you've seen this page - I have noticed that since 3pm today performance seemed to be getting slower. Not good and we need to action this first thing in morning. Thanks Phil
