Member Since: March 2010 Posts: 27 Send Message	Hi, For the last 3 weeks I also had a hard time getting logged in, even after trying the suggestions from the Help Line. I have used Google Chrome for the past 18 months without any problems, the helpline suggested Internet Explorer, that had limited success. Finally last night,Canadian time, I tried Bing as the default carrier. It works like a charm! So Far!!!, Carol.
