	Where do you mean Robert? You can search trees for a surname or search any of the boards by entering a keywood. Gwyn

	Not sure what you mean Every record and tree on GR can be searched by Surname -there is a * by the surname field. I do it everyday - find it very useful because misspelling and name variation FreeBMD you can search by first names as well - useful for children born out of wedlock who have taken on the family name or finding a marriage :-)

	That facility was abandoned back in May when the boards had an overhaul. It wasn't that helpful to be honest because it brought up mostly old threads. As said above, the Search Trees facility or the Keyword box on the boards is much better. Cx
