Why am I being told that my Browser does not support PDF Files and being asked to download the Adobe Plug In when I have already downloaded it and still I cannot see the census record I want?

Someone had a similar problem last week with an Apple Mac. What operating system and browser do you have?

FMP are considering introducing direct downloads similar to Scotland's people. Hopefully it will be introduced on GR too as this will eliminate the problems with Apple products and images will be able to be downloaded on any computer without issues

Thank you for your replies. I am using Microsoft Windows 7 and have tried two different browsers. It makes no difference. I look forward to the introduction of direct downloads.
