Hi Nona, Sylvia is right in that I am going to ask you to contact our support team - [email protected]. The reason for this is that when you email us we can see your registration details on our system and details of the internet browser you are using. We also have access to your tree. This does help us enormously when trying to solve this for you.
If you could please send our team full details of the problem and the name of the relative you are trying to amend and we'll be happy to help you. Quite often, if it's a problem with your tree, it's something our support team can correct really quickly for you.

You really won't get much help by posting on this board!


We haven't seen any sign of any GR staff perusing these postings for several days!

This site used to be good but not very impressed with it this week since I have been off work. It won't let you view the certificates you've attached to your tree. When you save something it dosen't even show that its being saved. On one of my ancestors pages I was making some changes and it came up twice "can not connect to the Genes Reunited" site!
I am paying platinum membership for this shoddy workmanship and am not impressed.

Come on GENES REUNITED debug, repair and make the site workable for all your paying customers. I am paying £20 a months for this and I don't feel I am getting my moneys worth and am seriously considering cancelling my payment for next month.

Oh btw its not my computer it works brilliantly on other sites and is an imac. :-(
