May I suggest that the wording on the Error Message be changed? It says the error has been logged and will be investigated. The first time I received that message I thought "Oh, good I don't need to do anything further, they are investigating it". My first mistake!

Can you prove to us that these error messages are actually logged and investigated? I seriously doubt it as when I have finally contacted the support team they seem to know nothing about it. They usually try to blame it on my computer.

Please, GR, be honest with us.

It has just taken me 5 error message to get in, even though I was already logged in. :-(

As previously noted on other threads.....they ALWAYS blame you and your computer no matter what the problem !!
