so where do I find my options? When I go to top of my screen to where it says "subscribe" I get a box saying "subscription options" but when I click on that it only brings up the Platinum option which is what I have now but definitely don't want to be paying for in the future. I can do searches elsewhere but do appreciate the option to be able to ask GR members for help when I'm stuck. |

You will have to change to single rather than continous then you will get the option once your sub runs out...I know that what I had to do two years ago |

Ive lost count of how many times Ive asked ' I want to print my WHOLE tree, not just a part of it. I dont care how many sheets of A4 paper it uses. BesidesI have a poster size printer available so can update whenever I like. I too like a large printout on the wall for quick references AND as a talking point. Im informed GR are aware of the problem and are working on it. Poor show for a Platinum user!! |

When I first joined Genes in June 2008 I turned on the auto renew function so that I wouldn't have to think about it and not once has it worked! |

When I first joined GR I rarely looked at "My Account" so I was surprised when my membership was renewed. Sent an email to GR, was told it was renewed because I had ticked "automatic renewal". I hadn't ticked it, I just hadn't UNtickeed it. So I made sure to untick the box. |
