Jane - many GR members have been complaining about Error Messages (and other things) for months.

It's like shouting into space.

Sometimes we hear an echo..................

why is everything going to error messages - ever since they upgraded the website the service has gone down hill - i resorted to sign up for ancestry today, as at least I have been able to research my family tree with out screaming everytime this website went to yet another error message

when are GR team going to start providing us with a good service, we pay enough!!
