I'd appreciate that Estelle. I have sent numerous emails, got responses but no answers.

I look forward to Julie's emails

Hi Scozzie, I have just spoken to Julie from the Customer Service team. She is going to contact you and ask you exactly what you'll need help with when using the tree. I am sure once Julie has helped you then you'll soon see that it is quite similar to the old tree in many ways. It has the same functionalities, but a few things are just in a different place.
Kind regards,
Estelle
