Gru have a full time staff of between 12 and 20 people inc some who are on the BS payroll.

Going back to Dec 2011 what evidence does anybody have of (a) full time effort on fixing the software (never mind improving it) and (b) useful honest customer support. Please post suggestions for some real work in either category.

Alternatively post suggestions for what they might actually be up to.

PLEASE DO NOT: send me information concerning your thread on the board as it should be posted on your request where all members can see it.. PLEASE DO NOT: ask me for help with lookups as they should be placed on the boards to get the best possible result. PLEASE DO NOT: open your tree just because I have posted information on your thread as I will not be related. Thank you.

If they had worked for the companies my OH and I did for many years, they would be out the door faster than you could say whoooooosh

I'm 99.99% sure I won't be renewing my subscription

Fed up with the GR attitude, which seems to be - take as long as we like! :-P
