Gru have a full time staff of between 12 and 20 people inc some who are on the BS payroll.

Going back to Dec 2011 what evidence does anybody have of (a) full time effort on fixing the software (never mind improving it) and (b) useful honest customer support. Please post suggestions for some real work in either category.

Alternatively post suggestions for what they might actually be up to.
