Downloading Birth, Marriage and Death copies

As I'm new(ish) to this,(now I've retired) and perhaps I've missed something, but as we can download the Census forms, why can't we download the Birth, Marriage and Death certs as well. |

You can the Scottish ones on scotlandspeople but not England or Wales |

You cannot download them because GR does not "own" them in any way. |
