lololol

Is this under copywright?

Shall we bombard GR?

I've gone through half a box of tissues wiping tears from my eyes, because of the brightness!! I'm supposed to look after my vision, don't want any more horrible eye surgery.
This "new look" isn't helping

Can i suggest that when you GR receive feedback and then send what looks like an automated? response or a response signed by a member of the team?
.
example;
Please could you try clearing your cache? This eliminates saved Internet files on your system. Depending on how many cached files you have stored on your computer, doing this can speed up your system slightly. Cached files will soon accumulate though, so it's important to clear your cache often.

Then you end by saying

If you need any more help, please let me know.

This appears to be saying that your blaming my cache as a possible cause

But it does not say that you are looking at any other possible causes for the problem i reported

It looks more like you have sent that reply and thats as far as that goes? and unless i reply again you will not pursue the cause or a cure for my problem

That needs to change

I don't want to keep having to repeat myself by having to send numerous message/feedback about the same problem time and time again

Most members have sent feedback at some point and i would have thought that most know how to clear our cache by now

I have only had to do this on very rare occasions for other web sites

So why should we have to do this whilst on GR every time their is a problem which has now become on a daily basis

My cache gets cleared several times a day now but it only needs to be done for GR

This is totally unacceptable and you need to get a grip of this cache problem and you need to stop sending replies as i posted above

I for one can state categorically that my cache is like that of most members of GR

If it gets any clearer it will squeak when it walks

Ps Ive cleared my cache 4 times this morning and my emoticons are still hiding
