At last I have been RR'd. Only the second time and thrilled. Think I was defending Sylvia and Porkie Pie and saying how nice they could be bothered to communicate with their fellow paying members, so that must be unacceptable to somebody :-D :-D |

Yellow card, Ian. Have had two in just over a month. First was dismissed, because the opponent dived. This one has been upheld (abusive language to the ref). So it could be the old Steven Gerrard for me soon :-D :-D :-D |

Sylvia Your post? Had not realised you had been RR'd. Certainly not when I noticed mine had been RR'd. Yes, a real person looks at it. And sends a computer generated letter to the RR'd from no one warning me that further indiscretions will result in nails being removed. Perhaps it gets more personal if they decide a red card is in order. :-D :-D |

This is the first time ive been able to come on genes for a while and was horrified to find the new tree layout. Ive been a member know for about a couple of years and have really progressed my tree and really found the old tree format very straight forward and comfortable to use. I dont think i will renew my membership. If its not broke , dont fix it, at least give the option of the old tree.....Steve :-( :-0 :-| :-\ :-S |

In the old tree format, changes were saved automatically. In the new format, when I make changes and click the Save button the changes appear to not always be saved. I have to physically move to display a different person, and then move back, to see if a change has been applied. |

Brian, I've had these two same problems and have reported them. I guess they will say it's a 'compatibility issue' - which seems to cover a multitude of sins for them. |

Sylvia, I think that's the whole point - you don't use the tree on here. Those of us who (try to) do find the new thing is a nightmare. |
