Individuals will also be able to change their gender legally while remaining married. Currently, individuals must end their marriage or civil partnership first before a gender recognition certificate can be issued.

The Team will find this challenging I guess. Ay already allows pretty well anything.

The French, who have similar plans, are going for parent 1, parent 2 (literally) with no mention of the sex of the parents...
