May I also suggest that there is consistency in the emails sent to members. Several of us had posts, all in a similar vein, reported on the same thread recently.

There was quite a variation in the severity of emails received.

Whilst I appreciate that it's probably not possible for the same person to deal with reported posts it would help if they all had the same brief.

I note that when threads/posts are sent for review that should the report be upheld then the thread/post is removed,

I'm led to understand that the offending member will receive a email explaining why their thread/post was removed ref T&C and or guidelines they where in breach of and informed that should they continue to post content of that nature it may result in them eventual being removed from the site,

It appears you now have a different policy and no longer say what T&C or guideline members are in breach of and just issue a warning stating Quote; Should you receive 3 warnings in total we will permanently remove your profile from Genes Reunited,

Can I suggest if you have changed your policy that you adhere to it and permanently remove members profiles who have clearly had more than 3 threads/posts reported and removed in the last week or two but are still active on this site.
