It is also correct to say that lots of suggestions made by members over the year HAVE been taken up by GR.

I have also lost count of the times that a comment such as 'why do they introduce things we don't want without first asking..... is made, when in fact the very thing WAS requested.

Enhancements take time to develop - they don't happen overnight. If I have any criticism with the process it is the lack of information over what is being worked on and how long it is likely to take to implement.

Slightly puzzled by this outburst.

Loads of members have made very good suggestions over the years and they not been taken up by the Team

Plus they have been posted on the correct thread on this board.

This thread was started in August 2012 and a lot of suggestions on there have never been implemented

Noticed a post saying there was only one post during the last period.

Errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.................just not true.
So many suggestions come up but they get overlooked or dare I say completely ignored.

Seems that GR have a fixed mind set about how things on the GR site should be so nothing really gets changes - suggesting anything seems to be pointless.

So many times I see comments about adding some new headings on the boards.

The one about having an IT help thread received the following reply.

• Implementation of an IT help board.
- Our customer support team are able to help members with all of their queries, including IT support. You can contact them at the following email address: [email protected]

The reply is completely misleading and arrogant - it is obvious to even some lay members that going by some of the replies from some staff they don't have advanced level IT skills or know how some software programs work - much needed skills which enables them to answer software program questions or even some of windows or browsers issues.

I checked on the famous Roots chat and they have an excellent IT software help thread for members to help one n' other. That is what GR members need. Also so that all questions and answers are in one place.
