FIX THE HELP!!!!

There is NO link under help to contact the GR team.

I have one message in my inbox.

I tried FOUR times to open the message, three times by clicking on Messages, once by clicking on My Updates.

This resulted in FOUR ERROR MESSAGES.

Clicked on HELP and looked at everything............ including a blurb about if the subject wasn't covered by FAQ to contact the team. HOW please?

I have been away for a while (hospital) and come back to find that GR are still intent on shooting themselves in the foot.

I posted that IGP had discovered that you have to go to Help - Feedback

Click on Feedback

click again on Feedback

Then read the paragraph at the top to the right of the page, and click on the green "bit"

I can see that link goes to Support but why would anyone with a simple query consider it to be Feedback.

There should be an obvious link to Support we shouldn't have to hunt around for it or have to remember the email address.

The support email address is given in the Company Information link at the foot of each page (also in Press and Terms and Conditions).
