Nudging up with Mary's message on Bev's new thread!

Hi Mike,

Could you check out a marriage at St. Margaret's for me when you have time?

Richard Pool(e) and Hannah Abraham, 23rd August 1829.

I'm particularly interested in their abode and marital status, as well as the witnesses.

Thanks a lot,
Mary

HI Mike

Was wondering if you could have a look at this entry

BUNNEY BENJAMIN 03 APR 1833 30

Buried St Margarets

Am looking for anything to try and establish if I have found the rest of the family 1841. They are from Enderby originally and have found reference to them in the parish records on the net, Benjamin's wife died 1830 along with a son and there are quite a few Bunneys!!!

Thank you
Elaine

Adding to thread so's I can find it again!! Still looking for that elusive connection between Henry Butler the Shoemaker and his son John (b 1800) the Chemist, and Thomas Edward Butler the Chemist b 1821. Thomas's father was Thomas. There was a Thomas the Shoemaker in the same street as Henry - hunch is that Thomas senior and Henry were brothers. Thomas Edward made Freeman of the City in the 1840's.

That's the marriage, he's dropped Valentine!!!

I got a birth cert for one of the children so know I am looking for Bunneys. The Welford Road disc has an Edward Hunt who I have now found in Woodboy Street 1851 who I am sure is the father mentioned in the Banns. I just can't establish anyone 1841 for definite.

Elaine

PS Ann was from Enderby, I was thinking out loud and did the same when I left you half a message. This is what happens when I leave my fishmongers and have a break through elsewhere!
