What other name could Jessie be short for?

They had 3 children all born abt 1930s.

Joan said she was born 1933 3rd quarter (sept) in Fleetwood lancs.
Cant find it!

Gerri

I had an aunt Jessie. Only ever known as Jessie. On her birth cert she is recorded as Jessie. However, i have seen Jessie mistranscribed as Jassie.

Ummm.......... but that means Jessie was only 15 when she had Joan and even younger when she had Dorothy!

Any little snippets that can be remembered would help.

What is Joans birthdate.......... just day and month would do.

If Joan could remember her Grandparents names that may help too?

Gerri,

It's not often that a 16 year old would remember exactly where she was born, especially if her parents weren't around to remind her......... Fleetwood could be just were she remembers?
