Amazing how many burial grounds that have now gone....but thinking about it with the amount of people that have died over the last few hundred years at least...there wouldn't be any room for the living people.

I was reading the other day about the St Martins in the fields churchyard which was only 60 sq mtrs....but in the early 1840's, was estimated to contain the remains of between sixty and seventy thousand persons :-0

Worship Street Baptist Chapel Ground.
Shown on OS of 1872 but gone by 1894. Remains removed to Brookwood. In the early 19th c. the eastern end of Worship Street was known as Hog Lane.
Built over - London and North Western. Goods Depot. (Holmes)

Wonder where the burial ground was in Worship street? I remember walking down there most days to get to work and all I can remember from there were offices

On the image there is a column burial date Oct 29th , "Place" (I think it says ?) F 7
then under that it says "unpaid..remitted"

Could somebody kindly tell me what it says about Margrat (note spelling!) Wilmshurst on the England & Wales, Non-Conformist and Non-Parochial Registers, 1567-1970 please?
