Mariya Report 8 Oct 2013 17:23

thanks so much though I don't think thats him. I do belive he had children:
Robert Albert Giles born 1841 died 1862 married Jessey Moses in 1859 in Greenwich

Henry Giles born 1839
Frederick Giles born 1840
Mary Giles born in 1846
Eliza Giles born 1850
Elizabeth Giles born in 1843

All I know about John is that he was born in 1818 in Shoreditch
Probably married Eleanor Lines who was born in 1820 in Shoreditch
And he had those children.

Cheers

Potty

Potty Report 29 Sep 2013 12:30

Claire, lots of John Giles born about that time. Can you give us a bit more info? You must have got back to him somehow.

Did he have any children? If so, what were their names and when and where were they born? Have you found him on any census?

GlitterBaby

GlitterBaby Report 29 Sep 2013 12:29

Unlikely that any of us that have posted on this thread are related as we are just members who like to help others.

Have you found him on any census at all - found his death etc, etc

You really need to try and give more info
