Isaac Cowburn Born 1798 westhoughton married clarissa/clarice topping
I am trying to order a death certificate for my above relative but cant for the life of mefind what year he died....I know he lived until he was at least 63....has anyone any idea at all please....I believe he was still alive in 1861.....can anyone at all PLEASE help me find the year he died to I can order his death certificate.
