This is a long shot, but is there any way to find out who lives at an address? I want to contact them but the house was demolished a few years ago and another one built on the same spot. The family are (fingers crossed) related to my grandmother. I dont know the couples name, although Im willing to explain this by private message. I hope this makes sense!!

Why don't you simply write to 'the occupier' at the address?

If they are on the electoral roll then yes it can be searched by address

You can always send me a message but as Elizabeth has offered there doesn't seem much point
