He will have been entered as Hogg/ brother as an enumerator error.
Will be McMillan/Brother in law

I't's not technically possible for him to be brother to head of household!

Trying to determine if this is Robert Fyfe McMillan or his brother, Alexander McMillan.
This person should not have the last name of Hogg as he is a brother of Ann Hogg age 39
