Please could you look up on the 1891 census for ELIZA JANE WELFARE (sometimes it has her middle name ) HENRY JAMES FOREMAN They were married 10 August 1890 Strood in Gravesend. ELIZA was born in Rye in Kent, but the problem is there are 2 ELIZA'S born around the same time,one to CHARLES WELFARE AND PHILIP WELFARE.THANK-YOU JANE.

Jane, can find an ELIZA FOREMAN Foreman, Eliza 26 Gravesend, Kent Wife Gravesend Kent and about 12 Henry Foremans - but none as huband and wife, the one above is married to a william Jess

Hi Jess Could you please look up the following in the 1891 census: William Skeet, born 1828 in Saxmundham, Suffolk, working as a carpenter His wife was Mary Ann Skeet, born 1848 in Alderton, Suffolk. I'd like to know where they were living, and with whom, please. Many thanks Deb

Debbie, they are not obvious, where have they been found at other census times? Locations? They are probably mis-transcribed in the wrong name but need an idea where the might be Jess

Jess In 1881, they were living at The Street in Alderton, Woodbridge, Suffolk In 1901, they were living at Bawdsey Rd, Alderton Cheers Debbie

Hi Jess can you look for ELIZA FOREMAN IN RYE SUSSEX on the 1891 census.She would have ben married for a year, I know Henry was a merchant seaman,so he may of been a way and she may of been living with her parents.Thanks Jane

Jane. i can see your thinking pattern but Have looked for her as married and with parents , both in Gravesend and in Rye.Ditto just Sussex and kent . Even had a quick look to see if she was back wth Mum and dad and recoreded in her maiden name (Welfare)although married, but seems not. Playing hard to get! ~jess
