Hi Jess I'm not sure how difficult this request would be, but here goes (if it's a problem I will understand). Is it possible to look on 1891 to see how many Martha Spencers are listed, born and living in Nottinghamshire, aged between 10 and 14 please? Thanks - Chrissie

Hi Jess Thanks so much - your a treasure. When you say 2, it looks as though they are in the same family, just Daughter and Grandaughter. Is that how you understand it please? Or is the grandaughter living in Worksop? Chrissie p.s. Sorry to be a pain but does it say what the father does for a living please?

Hi Jess, thought I'd give William Marsden a rest and look into his wife Lily Glover. Her grandfather was George Glover born c1832, he had a son called Alfred born c1869 who married Eliza Yates born c1871 in 1893. George Glover we think married a Rebecca. can you find out anything on him in the 1871 census he would be 39'ish then. They all lived in and around Bolton, Lancashire. Many thanks for your help. Gloria

Jess I hope that you wont think I am interferring but I haven't got Ancestry yet, so I love to have a try on 1901 and saw Margarets request by accident. The family that Margaret is asking about are there. They are in Aston Warwickshire and the Ellens are listed as Hellen. Abraham is a Fruiterer Green. Chrissie x

Karen; please give me all the clues! Edward & wife Mary and daughter named what, were where in 1901. when did they marry? Jess

Karen

Karen Report 29 Mar 2005 22:23

Jess Per 1901 Edward/Edmund is now with wife Mary Louisa Forrest (nee Garner). Married Liverpool Q2 1889. Therefore am expecting Edward to still be with the Forrest family in 1891. In 1901 Edward and Mary Louisa have daughters: Margaret aged 11 Mary aged 9 Elizabeth aged 7 Jessie aged 3 Beatrice aged 2 Edith aged 2m From memory the address was in Liverpool, however I have lost the image. Hope this helps. Thanks again Karen
